The camera technology demanded for smartphones is transitioning from technological competitiveness aimed at enhancing clear high magnification zoom functions to the development of a "system camera." Systems cameras are capable of independently analyzing and processing real-time video data through improved application processor (AP) performance and AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology. In response to these market trends, Cammsys is developing and supplying AI system cameras that can analyze real-time images based on AI algorithms. Our AI system camera offers a solution integrating hardware and our own AI algorithms to enhance its competitiveness in the AI Edge device sector. This is built upon our extensive experience in camera technology: mass production for decades, our proprietary vision algorithms, and collaborations with expert companies specializing in Neural Network Processing Units (NPU). In addition, we provide optimal solutions through collaboration with global semiconductor companies and their third-party networks to cater to a variety of hardware platforms.
Application
Intelligent Access Security Solution
The Edge camera is equipped with a wide angle of over 200 degrees, ensuring fast recognition speed and a low-power AI algorithm. These features, combined with deep-learning, allow Edge camera to provide monitoring functions such visitor count checks and object recognition, in addition to fulfilling traditional CCTV roles. Video deep learning inference is processed in real-time directly by camera devices, rather than relying on servers, thus minimizing server load. The stored video data is encrypted, and decryption occurs only when accessed within the solution, ensuring data security measures. In addition, the system maintains a visitor access history for further data security measures. Its compact size, swift recognition speed, and low power consumption offer a diverse array of options for integrating into your finished products and solutions.
